If you are uploading single graphics files (with a file extension/type of .jpg, .tif, .eps, .bmp, .pdf, .psd), please ensure that your file has the appropriate file extension, click 'Browse' to locate the file, then click 'Upload'. Files uploaded without a proper file extension may not survive the upload process.
If you are uploading a boatload of files, or uploading application files, please put all files in one folder, then compress that folder with either WinZip for Windows, or Stuffit for the Mac. Then click 'Browse' to locate the compressed folder, then click 'Upload'.
If your files are extremely large you may want to compress them into several archives such as companyname-1.zip, companyname-2.zip, etc. Sometimes it is easier to successfully upload three 25MB files than it is to upload a single 75MB file.
Also, please send us an e-mail notifiying us that you have uploaded your files, and what project the files are for.
You will not see a progress bar while uploading! When the upload is complete, a list of the successfully uploaded files will appear.
If you have any questions or problems, either e-mail your concerns, or call Chuck White at 815-568-3841, and we will do our best to make your uploading experience a happy and successful one.
