WHITE Vinyl and CLEAR Vinyl

Here is our Roland VersaCamm printer/cutter in action. We are printing and cutting a set of 70 rectangular white vinyl labels to be applied to small black gift boxes.

The boxes were all black, and the client wanted their company info on each box. The corners of each label were rounded, and the black background was bled off the edge of the label (no white border).

We print each design onto vinyl at 720 dpi and contour kiss-cut to any custom shape you need with no setup charges, no die-cutting charges, no price per color charges!

• Setup Consists of...We print directly from your artwork. No altering of size. color, text, etc. unless requested.
• Pricing Based on...Size and quantity ONLY. Not charged per-color, or your custom shape.
• Outdoor Life...2+ years outdoors in harsh conditions.
• Materials Available...Self adhesive white vinyl and self adhesive clear vinyl (peel and stick application).
• Color Limitations...We can print nearly any color, shade or image you need onto vinyl. Our printer is a CMYK Eco-Solvent based inkjet printer.
• Design Limitations...If you can design it, we can probably print and cut it! We also offer design services for the design impaired!
• Shape Limitations... Almost none - we will contact you if we think your design is too complicated for our cutter to properly handle.
• Minimum Sticker Size...As small as 1/4" x 1/2". Stickers this small will be cut into sheets.
• Maximum Sticker Size... 25" wide by 12 feet long.
• Minimum Order Quantity...1 sticker
• Maximum Order Quantity...Depends on the sticker size, the smaller the sticker, the more we can run.
• Minimum Order Charge...$12.00
• Turnaround time...2-5 business days.
• Can be applied to...Any smooth, clean surface. Outdoors or Indoors.

To the left, we have product displays (six total displays) utilizing a white vinyl decal for the top half of the display. Again the image was bled off the edge of the decal eliminating the white border.

To the right, we cut the word BRADSTONE and the logo from unprinted white vinyl, and stuck it directly on the pre-painted black steel surface.

• Pricing for White vinyl: .10 (ten) cents per square inch.
• Pricing for Clear vinyl: .15 (fifteen) cents per square inch.

To Calculate Cost:

• Draw a box around your label and measure the box (height and width)
• Round UP the width and height measurements to the nearest 1/4 inch.
• Convert the inch measurements to decimals (see decimal conversion chart to the right).
• Multiply the width by the height of the box to get the total square inches of the label.
• Multiply the total square inches of the label by the total number of labels desired.
• Now you have the total square inches for your entire project. Multiply the total square inches for your entire project by the price per square inch (as listed above) to get the cost of your project.

Pricing Examples:

• Using the eagle head sticker to the right as an example, the total square inches of this sticker would be 14.25 square inches (width of 4 5/8" rounded up to the nearest 1/4 inch would be 4 3/4" or 4.75 TIMES height of 3.00 EQUALS 14.25).
• Now multiply 14.25 by the total number of stickers you need, say 50 stickers (14.25 X 50 = 712.50) to get 712.50 total square inches for your project.
• Multiply 712.50 by the pricing per square inch (.10 or .15) to get the cost for your project (712.50 TIMES .10 for white vinyl EQUALS $71.25 (plus shipping), so the cost for 50 eagle head stickers would be $71.25 plus shipping.

Now let's say you only need 6 total eagle head stickers...

• 14.25 (total sticker square inches) x 6 (number of stickers) = 85.50 (total project square inches).
• Then... 85.50 (total project square inches) x .10 (per square inch price for white vinyl) = $8.55 (cost for project). However, we have a $12.00 minimum order charge, so this order of 6 eagle head stickers would cost $12.00 plus shipping.

To the left are large bumper stickers (5" x 16") designed for use on dump trucks, semi trailers, bobcats, etc, printed on white vinyl and cut to size.

On the right we printed and assembled full color campaign signs. We printed on white vinyl, stuck the printed vinyl to corrugated plastic, trimmed to size, then inserted the H frames.

On the left we designed and printed round stickers for a local school district. Since we knew these stickers were going to be used in many different places (backpacks, cars, windows,clothes) ,we printed and cut many different size stickers from one design.

On the left we have small round promotional stickers, printed on white vinyl, that will later be applied to poker chips. The cutting of these stickers was critical, as they we being applied to the inside recessed center of the poker chips.

To the right we printed, on white vinyl, and assembled a large 8' tall sign for use in a new subdivision of homes to help potential homebuyers navigate the new subdivision.

To the left is a multi-part vinyl vehicle decal that was installed on the outside rear window of a pickup truck. We designed, printed and installed this decal for a local client.
